Not so good today

Got woken up in the worst way today. Made for the basis for the rest of the day…..

Banana and almond butter

piece of chocolate chip cookie

iced green chai with soy

3 pieces of bread

3-4 spoons of a potato-ish soup

Apple

apple pieces and strawberry pieces

Jasmine tea iced

Half a vegan brownie

A wrap with carrots, tomatos, cucumber, spinach, and red pepper hummus

Sweet potato fries with honey mustard

most of a lemon poppy seed muffin

YIKES!

Good day

Yesterday I ate

A garden wrap with g pepper, red pepper, cucumber lettuce, avocado

a salad with the same veggies as above, both with balsamic vin

A few bread sticks

A banana and avovcado

a banana, strawberry, spinach, blueberry, rice milk smoothie

Beets and cashew curry hummus

Holy crap…

Note to self….DO NOT eat lemon bars! Ate one just for kicks (figured it would be best if I just let myself have one). OMG I feel so sick right, I seriously think I might puke. x_x

Ate today: RAw “cheesecake”, Tortilla chips, cashew curry hummus, various vegetables; g. pepper, cucumber, carrots, broccoli. I had an orange for breakfast, and a mango for dinner. And then there was also the lemon bar (blek) and some English breakfast tea.

Felt great all day until I ate that lemon bar. Although I seem to be getting full extremely fast. 

We’ll see how tomorrow goes.
